We have recently created a Sharepoint list to replace an outdated InfoPath form that our sales team was using. We have a sister company, with a separate domain and they use Google Suite. They need access to this same list. Are anonymous
users able to access a list in Sharepoint? Additionally, I have enabled sharing to anonymous users in Site Collections and in Sharing itself in the Sharepoint admin, but am still receiving a message stating that sharing with anonymous users is blocked.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

After you enable anonymous access in a site collection, anonymous users are able to access a list in SharePoint.

You can also enable anonymous access at list/library level. you should enable anonymous at web application level, then site collection level for lists and libraries not entire web site. Then go to list permissions to enable anonymous access.
