I have 16,3 GB on the subfolder  C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\FEATURES\FT-01-fcb918d6-2bae-d333-64da-1c23522e30e8  inside of this folder  are  510 folder with the name "solution.xsn.1.0.0.SEQ" and inside that folder  a file with name Microsoft.Sharepoint.dll with 25MB

Can I delete this folders ??

It is nor recommended to delete the folders directly.

We need to uninstall the feature using the Uninstall-SPFeature command.
