I have two users co-authoring in a document opened from SharePoint in Word to edit. One user sees the correct document; the other user is seeing blank pages and page numbers are changed. When the second user prints the document, it prints what she sees. I've tested this myself and another user, so four of us see the correct version of the document and one user does not. I have confirmed we are all using Word 2010.

If I view the document in SharePoint (Microsoft Word Web App) I see what the second user sees - a blank page. I have verified she is indeed in Word and not in the web app.
