I have installed IoT Edge Runtime on Debian 8 os system running on Humming Board. Did you have any other services on the device that are running on port 80? It could be a port conflict.

请确保使用"curl -v http://localhost:80"命令.

Please use `curl -v http://localhost:80` command to be sure.

I found a similar issue on github here(https://github.com/Azure/iotedge/issues/9). Even though it occurred on Ubuntu 16.04 aarch64, the error message is the same. Maybe it is helpful for you.
