I have two SharePoint environments SharePoint 2010 & SharePoint 2013, word automation service is configured in both environments. I am using custom code to convert word to pdf using word automation service. In SP2013 conversion is successful, but in SP2010 pdf is generated but showing the message "Conversion in progress. please download file later". Please find the following pfd screenshot for reference.

请检查ULS日志并获取更多详细信息，对于SharePoint 2010，默认情况下，ULS日志位于

Please check the ULS log and get more details information, for SharePoint 2010, by default, ULS log locates in
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS". I suggest you use ULS Viewer to check the log.
