I am trying to create a Recovery Vault using an ARM template. is there any variable that I can use in the ARM Template that sets the vault to "LRS".

The Official ARM Reference (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/templates/microsoft.recoveryservices/vaults) does not detail out the same. The do have a property called SKU which can be set to "Standard" or "RS0". But nothing that suggests any variable that can update this at the time of creation. Or even a way of updating it after Creation (using ARM) will also work.

By default, Recovery Service Vault choose storage replication type as "Geo-redundant", you can change it before you configure backup items.
如果要更改Recovery Service Vault:存储复制类型，请转至Recovery Services保管库=>管理=>备份基础架构=>常规=>备份配置=>更改为本地冗余.
If you want to change the Recovery Service Vault: Storage replication type, Go to Recovery Services vaults => Manage => Backup Infrastructure => General => Backup Configuration => Change to Locally-redundant.

Note: Once you created the Backup items, you cannot change the Storage replication.
