I have set up trigger and it runs every minute. Sometimes pipelines takes longer than 1 minute to process data. In that case i do not want the trigger to run if scheduled pipeline is already running. Is there any logic to handle this?

In this way, I'm afraid we can't set the logic to fire the trigger only when pipeline run to completion, because the trigger is the source of the pipeline control flow and there isn't a way to pass condition parameters to the trigger. Please increase the recurrence as larger than 1 minute as a workaround. Hope this would be helpful.
