我使用队列和azure函数进行异步处理.从昨天下午12:00左右开始，我所有的Azure存储队列都已备份.从队列触发的azure函数已停止工作.

I use queues and azure functions for async processing. Since about yesterday at 12:00pm, all of my azure storage queues have been getting backed up. azure functions that are triggered from queues have stopped working. 

当我单击azure门户中的azure功能时.我看到一条红色的大错误消息指出.

When i click on the azure function in the azure portal. I see a big red error message that states.

错误:绑定类型'queueTrigger'未注册.请确保类型正确并且已安装绑定扩展.

Error: The binding type(s) 'queueTrigger' are not registered. Please ensure the type is correct and the binding extension is installed.

我没有更改任何代码...我认为没有任何改变.

I haven't changed any code... I don't think anything has changed on my end.

We had an issue in South Central US regarding storage accounts yesterday so it could have been the cause.
