I am trying to deploy a Tomcat web-app through an HDInsight Hadoop cluster. The app I installed is working on the Linux interface but the localhost/8080 port where the web app it is not loading in my web-browser. Is the localhost port closed in HDInsight? Is there a way to open the HDInsight 8080 port or use a different one to open the site in a web browser? Or Do I need a Virtual net extension for this?
