I need to create a workflow when an item in a SharePoint 365 online tenant list changes.

When creating a new item, we need to set the new field to be the same as the VersionNumber, then inside the workflow which will be started when item is changed we can send email with the value from the new field for the old values and we also need to update the new field value with the updated value.
