Out of nowhere, yesterday, we started to have issues with our dotnet core application which has been deployed for a while now and was working correctly. Somehow, the AspNetCore Module fails to start the 'dotnet' application repeatedly, without any specific reason (no change to the deployed code or the Web App settings/config). Restarting the App Service from the portal Overview seems to fix the issue for few minutes, but it the issue starts again.
