我在Azure门户上创建了新的VM，并且尝试登录时，我不确定用户名.因此，根据"Azure支持"在Twitter上的建议，我正在尝试重设密码，但该密码无法正常工作.

I created new VM on Azure portal and  while trying to login I was not sure about user name. so as suggested over Twitter by "Azure support", I am trying to reset the password but it is not working.

当我面对超过24小时但仍无法登录VM的问题时，能否请您优先研究此问题.

Could you please look into this with priority as I am facing this issue from more than 24 hours and still not able to login to VM.

Hi Abishek, Can you share the error message you are seeing when you try to connect over RDP?

Also, have you ever been able to connect to this machine?

If not, make sure you have a Network Security Group associated with the VM for port 3389. You can add this by going to the portal, selecting the VM and networking. Then add an inbound rule.

You can also check the Boot diagnostics section after you click on your VM in the portal to make sure it is booted properly.

If that doesn't help, and it sounds like this is a new VM, I would suggest you just delete and recreate a new one to unblock yourself.
