I have a list that the user should enter his personal information and I put an approval workflow that will receive to his manager which will approve or reject. At the end of this email it has review, that should enable the manager to see the information and according to that will approve or reject. The error is when the manager click on review on the request of the employee, it gives him this error. How can I solve it?

Already I put the permission as shown above, because my list has a private information, anyone can add new item, but no one should see the others information. but I put an approval workflow, that will reach to the manager. The manager should see and review the item that added by the user. How can I do it?
