I had configured the OMS Agent to collect apache logs. This was working without problems until the last update on 13 Aug 2018 (ca. 12:50 UTC) where my configuration file was deleted.

The location of the deleted file:

/etc/opt/microsoft/omsagent/<workspace id>/conf/omsagent.d/apache_logs.conf

Any explanation on why this happened and how to prevent it?
