I have Created 2 Resource Groups (RG=Network and RG=WIN-VM) and created a VirNet (Virtual Network) with 2 subnets.

Later I created a Windows VM and I allocated the Network Interface to the VirNet.

I see the VirNet was in RG=WIN-VM, so I stopped the Windows VM, in order to move the VirNet from RG=WIN-VM to RG=Network.

Move process was started, by selecting the VirNet and selecting the Target (RG=Network) and Click on Move.

It has been more than 2 hours it shows "Moving Resources" in both RG's when I open it.

I am unable to create a new resource in both Resource Groups (RG=Network and RG=WIN-VM) "Add" is grade-out.
