I am using SharePoint Online. We have a video which is stored in SharePoint. We need to keep track of everyone who has clicked on the video link (to presumably watch the video). Is there a way to track the names of everyone who has clicked to watch the video? If there are no OOTB options - do you know of any 3rd party tools or any other options that may help track this?

You can do this by setting auditing report on your site. Add your video to a page and then check the "Content Viewing Reports" from Content Activity Report.
