The solution that I'm working on was a SharePoint 2010 and VS asked me to upgrade it to SP 2013, so the warnings says that for example the Microsoft.SharePoint.dll is depending on System.Data.Linq.dll version 4.0 which is higher than the one already exists in the solution. So, I should upgrade each reference assembly in the solution.
