Hi there.
I assume that you're refering to a WorkFlowService initiated by a Receive Activity....  Please correct me if I'm wrong.

To do that you'll have to get a hold of the OperationContext.  To do that you'll have to implement the IReceiveMessageCallback interface.
Look at the WF_WCF_Samples\WF\Scenario\Services\AccessingOperationContext SDK sample for a demo on that.
