So I used Managed Service Identity in ADFv2 to copy files to ADLS.  In fact I've done this with different sources including HANA and on premise file share.  In both cases some of the files written I do not have access to although those files clearly show that I have READ|WRITE|EXECUTE on the file.

When accessing the file I get the following error:

Under what circumstance would the access on the file show that my account has access, but I cannot actually open the file?  It's looking like an ADLS bug to me.
