If I try to add a service of type LoadBalancer to the Azure Kubernetes cluster, the external IP remains in the status pending. With 'kubectl get events' I see the message 'Error creating load balancer (will retry): failed to ensure load balancer for service default/webservice: timed out waiting for the condition'.
