I've created a service fabric cluster in AzureRM which is fine, but i need the outbound internet address to be the same as all other resources in the tenancy - so basically i need to route my internet traffic out of a LB.

I was hoping i could just assign a route 0.0.0.0/0 to the subnet the service fabric node is assign and then set the next hop to be an Azure Public Load Balancer. But this doesn't work.

There is not an Azure Service that will accomplish this for you. What is suggested is to create a Virtual Machine that will work as a router. From there all traffic can sent to that Virtual Machine and then the VM can send the traffic out into the internet. This will give the appearance that all traffic is coming from a single IP address.

Since you are using Service Fabric you could use this same method and create a standalone VM to act as a route or you could configure one of the Service Fabric nodes to work as a router by creating that node, logging into it and setting up the routes. I am not finding any information or examples on how to actually achieve this so it would likely take some trial and error to get it working.

Otherwise, you might consider a work around to needing all traffic to some from the same IP address.
