今天的门户网站非常慢.有什么事情会导致这个吗?  

The Portal is super SLOW today.  Anything going on that would cause this?

Clarification.....    The performance of the Azure Portal is extremely slow and can take minutes to refresh list of VM's, NIC's, Security groups, etc... This has been tested and verified with IE, EDGE, Chrome and Firefox from multiple computers and locations. One test location was from a server within our azure subscription using IE and still had the same slow results. This has been an issue all week and feels like it has become worse today 8/8/18.
