I currently have a large Microsoft Access list/datasheet on SharePoint and was given an Excel file* with new columns and rows added to update the SharePoint list with. My questions are:


• Is there a better way to upload large amounts of data to a pre-existing SharePoint list other than adding the new columns on SharePoint and manually copy-and-pasting the information by row?
• If there's not a better way, is there a way to freeze the first ID column to verify the information I'm copying across is in the right row/column? (There are so many columns in the SharePoint list that it's hard to navigate through it all.)
