I'm seeing an error when I deploy my Service Fabric application to Azure, and the application will not start. The last time I deployed was in May of 2017 and it worked fine then, but now I cannot make the application start.

Does anyone have thoughts about what is going wrong? It is a very simple Web Service with two Controllers that take in JSON requests and return back hard-coded JSON responses.
