When I created a new subscription using an myname@outlook.com mail, it created a default directory with initial domain "mynameoutlook.onmicrosoft.com". This account is for a small Doctors office with its own brand, and I wanted to setup the account with a name that would outlive me. So I created a new AAD with name goodname.onmicrosoft.com and remapped the subscription to the new AAD.

1) In the Azure Portal, when the portal focus is set to goodname, the subscription is not visible under Cost Management and Billing | Subscriptions. It is only visible when using the original Azure AD [mynameoutlook].

Also, I could not DELETE the original mynameoutlook AAD even after following the KB article on what all to do...some subscription was still attached to it.
