顺便说一句，直接添加用户从来都不是最佳实践.因此，如果我们在SharePoint组中添加用户/广告组，则可以避免将来的权限问题.

Please follow the following step to generate the issue.

 

Step-1: open any document library click on any folder ellipses (. . . ) and  they click Get a link after link created close

 

Step-2 Go to libraryà ‘library Setting’à Permission and Management

Click Permission for the document library then click Show these items and see permission will be broken

 

Permission shouldn’t be broken by getting link.  if any one share only link to any any user by getting link than permission will be effected. Kindly help

Surprisingly true. It does break permission. Perhaps by design.

Another point we observed that even though it break dont remove groups from that folder/file.

BTW, It was never a best practice to add user directly. So if we add user/Ad-group in SharePoint group, future permission problem can be avoided.
