This scenario is within an info path form that has already been made.

I am trying to set up a formula between two boxes so that when i input a number in box 1 it populates box 2's number and vice versa. When this number is populated it has to use a ratio of 1:2.4710538146717. Is this possible to do?

Yes. That should be possible. My only concern around it is the potential for infinite loops and rounding errors.

Start off by setting a rule on Box 1 that says that Box 2 is equal to (Box 1) * 2. Then confirm that works. Then create a rule on Box 2 that says that Box 1 is equal to (Box 2) / 2. That should work so when you type into box 1 and tab/click out of it then Box 2 should update and vice versa.
