解决方案

如果以下情况，StorSimple脚本会超时卷备份花费的时间超过 120分钟.从Azure门户手动运行备份 然后再次运行恢复计划.这是当前备份作业超时的限制.

Dear Support,

I have a question about Storsimple. How long does a Storsimple backup job has been timeout?. I 'm using Storsimple 1200 Series. I set up backup daily. I see some  backup job run in 9day 



解决方案

The StorSimple script times out if the backup of volumes takes more time than 120min. Run the backup manually from the Azure portal and then run the recovery plan again. This is the current limitation of backup job timeout.
