Hi guys,

I want to ask a few question about Scampers''s Gsm SMS dll

I want to use my computer as a server.Then , I will give client applicaton to my customer. They will connect my server computer that I have. Then they will send sms from another city connecting my server?

And if it is possible via scampers gsmcomm modem, do I have to use STATIC IP ?
What are the steps that I''ve to obey? Can u you inform me about it ?
