Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I'm following this tutorial cdn-manage-expiration-of-blob-content  to set the TTL of files served by CDN but somehow in my azure portal the CDN caching rules options don't appear. But I got an empty page in the 'Catching Rules' page. I only get  the option of 'Query string caching behavior' and nothing more, all it's blank.

If you are using Azure CDN from Microsoft, this is currently by design. You will only see option for "Query string Caching" in the caching rules page. Azure CDN from Microsoft is currently just a preview release. It is targeted to have caching rules capabilities matching what is in Azure CDN from Verizon Standard and Azure CDN from Akamai Standard when it is Generally Available later this year. If you need access to additional caching rule capabilities please create a profile using either Verizon or Akamai.
