Looking for a program or office product example that can produce letters on demand using different pre approved verbiage. The user will select what type of letter (i.e. business, accounting, IT etc.) The user will then choose a list of available documents that are on the external web page that can be hyper linked to the web page in the document to be emailed to the requestor.

If you are looking to code something, as your question tags suggest, I would recommend using a mail merge with Microsoft Word. That way, the verbiage would be standard but it would be customized to the situation/person. You could keep a set of these documents somewhere and then create an application that would choose the right one and populate it.

I did something similar for a college. Whenever a student registered for classes, for example, my automated system would pull the relevant data, merge it into a standard Word template, and then output a PDF that was either printed or emailed to the student. As I figured out how to do this, I developed a method that improved upon the standard mail merge of Microsoft Word.
