The error message is quite self explanatory. Since you have created the database file with a newer version of SQL Server (2008) you cannot open it using older version (2005).

One possibility is that you open it using SQL Server 2008 and then using export/import wizard transfer the data structures and data to SQL Server 2005 instance. You can also generate scripts from it and wun them in 2005 version and so own. But the point is to get the data from 2008 version to either "general format" (like scripts) or to use SQL Server connectivity to transfer the data between instances.
