In any decent Web hosting provider company, it should be already set up for you, and you should have FTP access for site maintenance. You simply copy your files to the appropriate FTP directory dedicated for your site; it should work immediately. This should be explained in the documentation of the Web site of your hosting provided. Also, you should have a contact to technical support people. I most cases I faced with, they were able to answer all questions and provide help, if my request was covered by my hosting plan, nearly immediately.
