i am using DPAPI Encryption-Decryption and it is working normally but while i publish the website and host it (local Deployment) o get this error(System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Key not valid for use in specified state) in the encryption-decryption knowing that it works normally when i debug in Visual studio !??!?! please very urgent can any one help!!
