Crystal reports are one of the ways to represent data. They do support some calculations too but if you need to do something more than that then make sure the data is plugged in as needed.

For now,
Option 1: For every significant digit, place a label that will be filled via formulas for each digit. In formula, just get the number as per need (divide it by needed power of 10 ignoring the remainder).
Option 2: Do the maths at the backend and send the needed data as is. Plug in your data fields directly to them.
