Is it possible to create database explicitly using .net application built using visual studio?

Actually whenever i create any application having database connectivity,its initially been tested on my own system. The connection string works well. but if i move it into another location then the data cannot be inserted into the database of that machine. So i am thinking if we are able to create the connection string at the runtime then my application might run well.
