I have created a custom control. It''s a rectangle with transparent
background. It''s possible to see the container through the control. But
when controls intersect one another then it''s not possible to see the
control lying under another.
Ex:
I create transparent panel above component to choose a rectangle and see evething on component.
Please help me.

Have you considered attempting to do this in WPF. If your stuff is simple, then should not be too difficult to convert.
