从下拉列表中选择国家/地区时，由于页面刷新而刷新页面，已清除上传的文件...由于此问题，我两次上传了文件，如何避免页面刷新....

Can Anyone know answer:


while selecting country from dropdown list page is refreshed due to page refresh uploaded file is cleared...because of this problem i have upload file twice how can i avoid page refresh....
