All of You

I want to create a new add ons (Extension) for IE, Mozila and Chrome browsers. I have some words in my database and if any webpage open in above browser then if any word match my Database word then that word will be display as hyperlink and when I will put cursor on that word then a small popup shown and give the details about that word.
