for more clarification i mean that what is the advantage of writing the below line

[ HttpPostedFile uploadedfile = fileupload1.PostedFile; ]

keep in mind that i can use the two below lines .

OR
byte[] img = new byte[uploadedfile.ContentLength];

So what is the advantage of using HTTpPostedFile .
