I am currently submit event data to the following sites manually:

I would like the ability to enter all the event data to a single form, and have that form submit the relevant data to each of those sites automatically.

It should be noted that not all of these sites require all of the same data, so there will be some fields that are only used by some sites. As such, the form developed must capture all the data required by all of the sites from the user, and then only submit what is needed for each site. Also, note that some of the sites need an image to be uploaded for the event.

I have no idea how to do that, I am thinking only in the direction of using an API. So Please help me to solve this problem.
