i want to input GPS data to s-57 format vector charts in VC++. I currently using VC6++. i have goggled to find out how to access s-57 vector chart files in VC or C++ but cant find any example or explanation.

the s-57 vector charts i have known to are from C-map or from NOAA. is there any website where free s-57 vector chart are available.
