Anil is right in his reply, but there is something else about it.

This is not a question, but more like a request to do a job for you. You are asking for help, but you need to help people helping you. What are you trying to do instead? Even if you ordered this job for money or payed salary to developers who are supposed to do the job on your orders, even then you would not get any reasonable result. You would not have job done, even for money.

The engineering job is the responsibility from both sides. Even if you make an order, you are responsible for correct specifications, tools, the work should be motivated. Everything else is abuse, no more. And not having job done.
