There is no such thing as Khmer Unicode. There is just one Unicode, applicable to most languages. You could not possibly "add Khmer Unicode into RichTextBox"; what you did was something else, I don''t know what. If you simply typed Khmer text during run-time, its rendering depends only on font which should support this range U+1780 to U+17FF, see http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U1780.pdf[^], http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khmer_alphabet#Unicode[^].

I don''t know a standard Windows font which supports this Unicode subset. You probably need to obtain proper font(s) and install it (them).
