我正在使用CSS，当我为div定义min-height时.它不起作用..
在我的一个实验台中，它正在工作.我不知道它的发生方式和原因. 如果有人知道该财产与其他财产之间的关系，请帮助我.

I am working with CSS and when I define min-height for a div. it does not work..
In one of my labtops, it is working. I am not getting, how and why it is happening..
Plz help me out if any body knows relation of the property with any another property..
It is not woking in any browser, I tried with IE8, Firefox latest and opera latest..even CSS 3 features are working..
