By creating setup project and install application and running program the database application cannot write or edit mdf database in application and appear this error message
"Database is Read only"

1-dont put database files in other Directory only put them in your project directory
2-Right click on Application Folder in the Setup section and
select properties .change the Default Location to
[AppDataFolder][Manufacturer]\[ProductName]
