Help:When i am using AES_ENCRIPT(''string'',''key'') And AES_DECRYPT(''string'',''key'') Methods for encryption and decryption of Password, encryption process complete successfully but in the case of decryption i get this output system.byte[].

Select user_login.Login_Id,user_login.Employee_Id,user_login.Login_Name, AES_DECRYPT(user_login.Login_Password,'ppksd123oo') As Password,
user_login.Login_Type,user_login.Status from user_login where Login_Name = 'Sani_Rajpoot'
AND Login_Password = AES_ENCRYPT('welcome','ppksd123oo');
