Hi guys, I am new to programming and need some help. I want to develop an application in C#.net. I want to do following things:

1. Member ----> Add Member (name, father name, address, cell no, etc), edit Member, Delete Member.
2. Search ----> by Member ID, By Name, By Place
3. Print ----> Member Form, Forms by no and in a series ( e.g. 1,4, 5-9)
4. Reports----> Show nd print all the list of members in a database.

Can anyone help me to design such an application?

We could probably help with specific problems, but this forum is not the right place for your question. You need to talk to the customers/users of the application to get the requirements and convert that into a design. From the design you can then start thinking about the UI, database, code, etc.
