I am using this command to export the empty tables.

alter system set DEFERRED_SEGMENT_CREATION=FALSE scope=both;

Next we tried these below commands also

expdp USER/USER@HOSPITAL schemas=HOSPITAL dumpfile=NEWSPARSH.dmp logfile=SH1.log
