我制作了一个ac#程序(使用Visual Studio 2010)，它将语音从一台PC传输到另一台PC(通过LAN)，并且在我的计算机和其他许多计算机上都可以正常工作，但不是全部！！
谁能告诉我vs-2010 c#程序需要在任何PC上运行什么?

注意:该程序可以正常运行，不会停止运行或崩溃，但是我在另一台PC上没有听到任何声音！

I made a c# program (using Visual studio 2010), it transfers voice from one PC to another (over LAN) and it''s working perfectly on my computer and many other computers BUT NOT ALL OF THEM!!!
can anyone tells me what could a vs-2010 c# program need to work on any PC?

note: the program runs without errors and it doesn''t stop working or crashes, but I''m not hearing any sounds on the other PC !!!

I don''t think this is a code error because the program is working on many computers..

can you give me any ideas please?
